The iconic Kings Prism Tower in the Upper Hill was Handover to Broll Property Group on 25th March 2018.

The Chairman formally welcomed all the guests and commenced his speech reminiscing the first interaction and the journey, with all those involved, from concept to completion.

He paused to acknowledge the late founder of the company Mr. Shabbir Hassanali who was key behind the model of the project.

He briefed the audience on the facilities and capacity of the 34 storey building.

The project was also officially handed over to Broll Property Group, which is one of Africa’s leading commercial property services company with offices in major cities and towns in South Africa as well as operations in Angola, Cameroon, Ghana, Indian Ocean Islands, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Swaziland, Uganda and Zambia and provides real estate services in other African countries.

The day closed with thanks to all the invited guests for gracing the occasion with their solemn presence.
