Stima Investment Co-op Society Ltd is one of the well recognized and established Company in Kenya. It started its Operation in 2008 and have grown in leaps and bounds over the years. They have approx 15000 members. The Projects they have undertaken in the Real Estate Portfolio has always bought positive results and contributed to their Growth. It is the main Potion for their success over the years.
Stima Investment Co-op Society Ltd held the open day at our Serenity Site - Ongata Rongai on 25th January 2020. It was a grand success as more than 120 People visited the site to Preview the progress of the site. Many clients were impressed by the progress of the Site which commenced last June 2019. Out of the 10 Blocks comprising of 720 Apartments we are on the third floor level in 6 blocks. The rest foundation is underway. We ended up with 35 bookings with the clients.
