It was an auspicious day where we had the biggest open day that has ever happened in Nakuru: The Kings Sapphire Open Day. The public was now able to view the homes for sale in Nakuru as all the showhouses were ready. They may not be fully furnished apartments, but these are affordable homes that have the highest quality in finishing.

In attendance was the CS Urban housing, Charles Hinga among other government officials who came to officially open the Kings Sapphire homes.

The project was launched in July 2021, and the CS was impressed with the great strides and progress at site.
