In keeping up with the Big4 Agenda, the Kings Developers Board of Directors had a meeting with members of the Kenya Diaspora Alliance and county officials to discuss affordable housing.

Our goal in the business has always been to build quality homes for our fellow Kenyans.

Serenity homes in Ongata Rongai is a start for us where we are building 720 homes, all 2Bedroom Apartments, inclusive of amenities such as inbuilt shopping centers, children play area, landscaped gardens among many others.

We want to bring in a better version of affordable housing in Kenya, that creates a perfect environment to grow and raise a family.

The completion date for the Rongai project will be December 2021, and we are looking into building more homes in the future.
