As Kings Developers we are committed to providing affordable housing to our fellow Kenyans, to ensure that the home ownership dream will be a reality. Having been featured on Citizen T.V on the 12th of June,2020 as one of the private developers who are in line with building affordable housing projects, we are humbled. With our Serenity Homes Project in Rongai being highlighted as it comprises of 720 units, all 2 Bedroom Apartments in a gated community with various amenities. We know that this is a step in the right direction. We are confident that this project has set precedence in how future developments will be handled by other private developers, as we are all on board in helping the national government, fulfil President Kenyatta’s Big 4 Agenda, in providing affordable housing to Kenyans.
