The agenda has always been to build quality homes to all Kenyans across the country, and we are doing it one county at a time.

It was an auspicious day as we did the groundbreaking for our Boma Estate in Ruiru, where H.E The President Dr. William Ruto, dug the first shovel. The project will host studios, 1, 2, & 3 Bedroom apartments.

The amenities will include: High speed lifts, Childrens play area, Community Halls, Landscaped gardens, cabro pavements and a shopping center.

The project will integrate green technology for water and waste management,provision of solar lighting for common areas and street lighting among other sustainable interventions.
